A turnkey website process designed for busy leaders

This page walks through what working with Inovech actually looks like for you, your team, and your calendar. You’ll see how we gather information, simplify decisions, and turn a complex project into a clear, organized process focused on results instead of more tasks.

What to expect when working with us

Our process is designed to keep your executive team focused on running the business, not managing a website project.

Inovech takes full ownership of the research, strategy, content, design, development, technical setup, and launch. We will have questions along the way, but we keep them simple, focused, and purposeful so your time is respected at every stage.

We are likely not the right fit if you prefer to be involved in every detail. We work best with busy leaders who want a trusted team to own the process, bring thoughtful recommendations, and deliver a finished result that meets or exceeds expectations.

In return, we hold ourselves to a simple standard:

Anything less than 100% satisfaction is unacceptable.

We refine, revise, and rework until you are completely satisfied. That is not a marketing promise. It is how we operate.

Every engagement is delivered as a complete website or application project. We do not offer standalone creative, content, hosting, SEO, or technical services because those elements are designed to support the larger result.

Our commitment to your satisfaction depends on giving your project the focus it deserves, which is why we take on only a limited number of projects at a time.

The quality of the final product depends on strategy, content, design, technology, security, and launch execution working together.

Complete website engagements typically start at $25,000, with broader modernization projects often beginning around $50,000. Projects involving advanced functionality, secure portals, custom integrations, e-commerce, media production, complex infrastructure, or application development are priced based on requirements.

The four phases of the process

Each phase is designed to keep the project moving without pulling your team into unnecessary meetings, decisions, or day-to-day management. Here’s what you can expect, what we’ll ask from you, and how much time your team should plan to invest.

01

Discovery

We start with one focused conversation about your business, your goals, your audience, and what the finished project needs to accomplish. From there, we ask for your existing brand materials, logo, colors, website access if applicable, and any collateral your team already has.

Then we begin the research. We study your business, your current website, your competitors, your market, and the opportunities your new website or application needs to address. During this phase, your team is not pulled into ongoing meetings or daily updates. We only come back with focused questions when we need something specific.

What we ask of you

One introductory conversation. Access to your existing brand materials, website assets, and relevant collateral. Names and contact information for the key people on your team who can answer marketing, sales, or technical questions if needed.

Your time commitment

About one hour for the initial conversation, plus a small amount of time gathering and sending existing materials. For most clients, that is the full commitment for this phase.

02

Strategy

This phase is handled mostly behind the scenes. We define the site structure, content direction, user experience, integration needs, and technical approach internally before bringing anything back to you.

When the strategy is ready, we present it in a practical, easy-to-review format. You may see a wireframe showing the structure, a proposed content direction, a voiceover script if video is involved, and a clear summary of what we recommend building and why.

This is not designed to be a long strategy exercise for your team. It is designed to give you confidence in the direction, make any needed adjustments early, and move the project forward.

What we ask of you

Review a clear, high-level plan and confirm we are moving in the right direction. We keep the presentation practical, focused, and free of unnecessary jargon.

Your time commitment

Most clients should expect to spend about 30 minutes reviewing the plan and providing direction or approval.

03

Build

This is the longest phase of the project and usually the one that requires the least involvement from your team.

We begin by setting up the technical foundation and building the first key page, usually the homepage. Instead of reviewing a flat design mockup, you see a real working page with actual styling, structure, and content in place. This gives you a much clearer sense of how the finished project will look and feel.

If anything needs to be adjusted, we refine the page until you are completely satisfied with the direction. Once that foundation is approved, we continue building the remaining pages, features, integrations, and supporting elements. Completed work is shared for review as it is ready, so feedback stays focused and the project keeps moving.

What we ask of you

Review the first key page and provide feedback on the overall direction, including styling, messaging, structure, and content. As additional sections, pages, or features are completed, review them and share any needed adjustments. If integrations are part of the project, provide access to the required platforms or connect us with the right technical contact.

Your time commitment

Reviews are structured to be clear, focused, and easy to complete. We will have occasional questions, but they will be specific and purposeful. For most projects, your team should expect only a few hours of total involvement across this phase.

04

Launch

Before anything goes live, your team reviews the completed project in full. We handle the final technical checks, performance optimization, security testing, analytics verification, and launch preparation on our side.

You receive a walkthrough of the finished website or application, including how key pages, features, forms, integrations, analytics, and admin areas work. If training is needed, we keep it practical and focused on what your team actually needs to use or manage after launch.

Once you approve the final version, we handle the deployment and monitor the launch to make sure everything is working as expected.

What we ask of you

Review the completed project, attend a walkthrough or training session if needed, and give final approval to go live.

Your time commitment

Plan for a couple of hours for the final review, walkthrough, and any needed training. We handle the technical deployment.

A process designed to stay manageable

Across the full engagement, your team’s role is to provide direction, review key milestones, answer focused questions, and approve the final result. We manage the research, planning, content, design, development, technical setup, testing, and launch so the project keeps moving without becoming another job for your team.

A payment structure that keeps the project aligned

Complete website and digital platform projects should be easy to approve, easy to plan around, and structured in a way that gives both sides confidence throughout the engagement.

Project timelines vary based on scope. A complete marketing website may take three to four months from discovery to launch, while projects with secure portals, custom integrations, application functionality, ecommerce, or more complex infrastructure may require a longer timeline.

Instead of requiring a large upfront deposit, Inovech structures payments around the scope, timeline, and major milestones of the project. This helps leadership move forward without unnecessary budget friction, while keeping the engagement aligned with continued progress, quality, and your satisfaction.

The goal is simple: make it easier to start the right project, plan around it responsibly, and keep the relationship aligned from first conversation through launch.
